Meet the Associates

Robert Beaumont and Steven Denley-Hill, both long standing senior figures of the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA), having worked separately for many decades, decided to pool their knowledge to provide a bespoke valuation and disposal service for both private and commercial clients.  To achieve this the company not only use their own in house skills but also that of fellow NAVA members throughout the U.K.

The organisation enables Beaumont Associates LLP to encompass Fine Art, Antiques and household property as well as the complete range of Industrial Plant and Machinery, vehicles, office, retail stocks of all descriptions, medical and catering equipment etc.

Beaumonts Associates LLP is able to provide valuations and reports for the purposes of:-

  • PROBATE   FAMILY DIVISION   
  • BANKRUPTCY   
  • LIQUIDATION   
  • BUSINESS CESSATION    
  • PROCEEDS OF CRIME.

Valuations and reports are prepared upon instructions, in accordance with the client’s requirements. Any subsequent disposal of goods, can be arranged either by Private Treaty, or via appropriate Public Auction.
Prior to commencement of any contract, the client will be required to sign a letter, clearly identifying the work to be undertaken and the terms upon which it will be executed.All instructions are dealt with quickly, thoroughly, professionally and at reasonable cost.

Robert Beaumont FNAVA (Hon)

After eighteen years in the legal profession Robert spent eight years as an antiques dealer, becoming an auctioneer and valuer in 1990. Proprietor of Warwick Auctions Coventry from 1990 to 2009 and Honorary Secretary of NAVA from 1996 during which time he redrafted the NAVA constitution and Rules of Conduct and in conjunction with Steven led the negotiations giving rise to the amalgamation with the NAEA.

Steven Denley-Hill PP&FNAVA After seven years as a serving Army officer in the 1960s, Steven moved into industry as the Regional Director of a national industrial catering company.  In the early 1980s Steven set up Manor House Fine Arts a fine art dealership in South Wales.  As the company evolved, the Valuation department was formed in 1994 the year in which Steven was elected to membership of NAVA. Steven became a Fellow and subsequently President of the association. In 2005 Robert and Steven were instrumental in organising the merger of NAVA with the National Association of Estate Agents, whilst still retaining its individual, and proud identity.
